Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was received, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, please email us at contact@moodeve.com. If the item has not been shipped or produced (POD) you will be eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel the order once it has shipped or production has started.

Return/Refund Exceptions

• Swimwear and undergarments are not eligible for a return or refund unless it is defective or the incorrect item was delivered. You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when submitting the return request online.
• All items on Sale or Clearance are ineligible for return or refund.
• All POD/Customized items are made to order and ineligible for a return or refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  This will delay the resolution of your refund.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
